Texans have been dealing with the COVID-19 crisis for a couple of weeks now. With schools extending their spring break vacations and otherwise cancelling classes, some parents are confused about how to handle the exchange of their children at the end of the spring break vacation. Rather than having different courts and jurisdictions handling this issue in different ways, the Texas Supreme Court has issued an Emergency Order regarding possession and access. Effectively, the court has ordered that all possession and access shall take place based on the school calendar that was published at the beginning of the school year. Below you will find links to the Texas Supreme Court Emergency Order and some of the local school district calendars. ![]()

Thank you for visiting my website. I appreciate your time and research on the subject of family law. Divorce is rarely a simple process and can become extremely complicated. Hiring an experienced attorney who knows how to navigate that process is crucial when deciding on an attorney. Each divorce is unique and has it's own particular details that vary from one case to the next. I speak from experience when I say no two divorces are the same. Everyone handles divorce in their own way. Knowing how to work with a variety of personalities is extremely important in this profession. My experience has taught me to always be kind and professional, but to get results for my clients.
I hope you will consider me for your next family law attorney. I promise to not only met your expectations, but to exceed them. Don't hesitate to shoot me an email and get the conversation started. I look forward to meeting you. |
